We also offer free flat rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.
1-2 days after your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your order. Please offer a real and effective e-mail address, in which the delivery status of goods can be informed promptly.
You can cancel the order anytime before it's shipped, I will issue a full refund to your PayPal account very soon. If your order is shipped, then you will need to return it to me, and pay the returning shipping cost.
To protect the integrity of our order processing,vixawatches reserves the right to require additional order verification for any and all orders before processing for shipping.

We want happy customers!! For any reason, if you don't satify with the watch you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 10 days on the receipt of it. You only need to do 3 things:
1.Email us for our shipping address to ship watch back (it must be packed it in the original packing).
2.Ship it back with Post Office ONLY!! Because it's cheapest and it don't require too many paper work when it imports to China.

Get a full refund once the returned watch is received. Or if you want to exchange for another piece, we will ship out the replacement just in a few days after the returned one is delivered.
If you want to return your items, you must contact us for our shipping address. And all items must be with original status: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
---- Before you place an order, you need to confirm the color, size and style we offered, and if it is not the quality problems, return shipping fee should be paid by buyer.

We do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a return, please first contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc. you can enjoy return service, over the period required we will not to return or exchange.
No return or exchange under these situations:
1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party.
